We Use Advanced Technology in Our Cellar
Located at the entrance of our restaurant and in full view of the indoor dining room, our wine cellar is totally glass encased. Additionally, a special filtering system was installed on both sides of the glass, protecting the wines from ultra violet lighting, unwanted odors and also ensuring stable and proper temperature and humidity levels.
Our wine cellar has a capacity for 850 wines. We installed the “Fondis Caves a Vin” machine and preserve our wines at a temperature between 16 C and 18 C. Also, we have a separate capacity to store 50 bottles of champagne at 8 C – 12 C temperatures in our “LIEBHERR” storage unit.
Among the special wines we offer our customers, "PAŞABAHÇE, NUDE STEM ZERO" series by the glass.
